Our meeting is continuing its fourth year with its new name, the Emerald Coast AGD Annual Review of Dentistry. This name change came as a reflection of continued increases in out of state attendees and our desire to market our meeting as a destination for ALL dentists, not just members of the Alabama AGD.

Our program’s success is greatly enhanced by the help of our corporate sponsors. There are four levels of sponsorship in our Corporate Sponsor Program for 2024. We would welcome your participation in the level of your choice. The benefits of the four levels are as follows:

Forgo a corporate sponsorship opportunity and register for an exhibitor booth only (includes table and two chairs)

Bronze Level
INCLUDES 50% DISCOUNT ON BOOTH SPACE, bronze-level recognition banner on booth, one booth table and two chairs, listing on all Alabama AGD publications (newsletters, brochures, & website), listing on the corporate sponsor banner

Silver Level
INCLUDES STANDARD TIER BOOTH SPACE, silver-level recognition banner on your booth, one booth table and two chairs, listing on all Alabama AGD publications with company logo (newsletters, brochures, & website), VIP ballroom lunch tickets (up to 2 per day), exhibit privileges at the Alabama AGD spring meeting (when applicable), listing on the corporate sponsor banner, listing on onsite video promotions

Gold Level
INCLUDES YOUR CHOICE OF *PREFERRED* TIER BOOTH SPACE, gold-level recognition banner on your booth, booth tables and chairs as requested, listing on all Alabama AGD publications with company logo (newsletters, brochures, & website), VIP ballroom lunch tickets (up to 4 per day), exhibit privileges at the Alabama AGD spring meeting (when applicable), listing on the corporate sponsor banner, listing on onsite video promotions; also includes gold sponsor spotlight on LinkedIn & Facebook once signed & paid

Platinum Level (only three available)
INCLUDES EVERYTHING IN GOLD LEVEL PLUS sponsorship/co-sponsorship of our Annual Sunset Welcome Reception on Thursday evening at the Hilton's poolside deck. Signage at the reception recognizes the sponsor. A company representative is allotted 5 minutes at the microphone to speak to reception attendees.

Sponsorship Add-On - Meeting App

Our annual meeting has an app for attendees to access the course schedule and course locations, along with the list of speakers and exhibitors. If you would like to sponsor our annual meeting app, your company logo will display on the app intro page that attendees see when they first open the app. Text preceding company logo will read, "Annual Meeting App Sponsored By:"

Exhibitor booths are available in 3 tiers according to their location and expected desirability. Please see the exhibit hall diagram below to aid in your selection.

Booth Preferences

We make every effort to match companies with their preference for booth location. However, corporate sponsors will have first choice of exhibit space, with highest preference going to the gold and platinum-level sponsors. After the corporate sponsors have chosen their spaces, exhibit space will then be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date on which the request and payment are received by Alabama AGD. If we sell out of a given tier, we reserve the right to move you to a lower tier; in this instance we would of course issue you a refund for any difference in price.
