Next Steps

For those returning from previous years, you will notice that we have revamped our registration process a little (click here for the summary of fees & benefits).  First, you will decide if you just want an exhibitor booth or whether you would like to upgrade to one of our sponsorship options.  

For those that want to increase visibility for their organization, we now have the option to add one or more ways in which to do so (scroll down for to see the list).  

Lastly, you will choose whether you want a standard booth location or one of our prime spots with the best traffic flow.

Our program’s success is greatly enhanced by the help of our corporate sponsors. There are now three levels of sponsorship in our Corporate Sponsor Program for 2027. We would welcome your participation in the level of your choice. The benefits of the three levels are as follows:

Exhibitor Booth Only
Forgo a corporate sponsorship opportunity and register for an exhibitor booth only (includes table and two chairs)

Bronze Level
INCLUDES 25% OFF BOOTH SPACE, PLUS: sponsor level recognition signage on your booth, positioning of booth space right outside room of speaker being sponsored (if applicable), listing on Alabama AGD website as well as on all newsletters and brochures until the next annual meeting, listing on the on-site Corporate Sponsor Banner

Silver Level
INCLUDES 50% OFF BOOTH SPACE, 20% OFF SPONSOR ADD-ONS, ALL BRONZE BENEFITS, PLUS: ballroom lunch tickets for two people for Thursday & Friday,  30 seconds of images or video in on-site looping slideshow display, 1/4 page ad in digital newsletter

Gold Level
INCLUDES *FREE* BOOTH SPACE, *35%* OFF SPONSOR ADD-ONS, ALL BRONZE BENEFITS, PLUS: ballroom lunch tickets for four people for Thursday & Friday, 60 seconds of images or video in on-site looping slideshow display, full page ad in digital newsletter, 1/4 page ad in one print newsletter, full width email ad in Alabama AGD organization emails, Gold Sponsor spotlight post on LinkedIn & Facebook; suggest another way to recognize your company as a Gold Sponsor & we'll see what we can do!

Sponsorship Add-Ons

To gain even more visibility for your organization, please check out the options below.  If you've selected Silver or Gold sponsorship, the 20% or 35% discount off each item is already reflected in the amounts listed below.

NOTE: These add-ons are not available to booth-only exhibitors so if you selected "booth only," you will not see the list of options.  To view the list of add-ons, you must select bronze, silver, or gold sponsorship in the previous section.

Booth Selection

Exhibitor booths are available in 2 tiers according to their location and expected desirability (see the exhibit hall diagram below).  

ONLY SILVER AND GOLD LEVEL SPONSORS ARE GUARANTEED A PREFERRED TIER BOOTH.  Remaining preferred tier booths will go to bronze level sponsors, followed by standard booth-only exhibitors until they are gone. 

Booth Preferences

We make every effort to match companies with their preference for booth location. However, corporate sponsors will have first choice of exhibit space, with highest preference going to the silver and gold-level sponsors. After the corporate sponsors have chosen their spaces, exhibit space will then be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date on which the request and payment are received by Alabama AGD.

Speaker Sponsorship

IMPORTANT, please read: If your company is providing full or partial sponsorship of a speaker at this meeting, please contact our Executive Secretary, Amber Dodd, immediately (205-657-0854).   She will coordinate the registration fee that will be due with our speaker contract.
